The location is near to the shopping mall and the restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, they let us to check-in early. Deposit was given when checkout.

Even it's a budget hotel, their staffs is very helpful and friendly. They provided my mum with her best short stay ever. Sheets are clean no stained unlike previous comments by other visitors. Rooms is good. Only not soundproof as we got the room directly above the mamak shop kitchen. Other than that is good. A good hot shower heater and working well. Thank you for replenishing my mom's coffee tea and mineral water as well with new toilet rolls. Walking distance to ampang point and other food eateries.

Proximity to eateries and convenience shops. Also near Ampang Point & Hospital. Iron available though outside the room. Counter is always manned so easy to request help. Message also was replied quickly.

Room was nice, as expected as shown on the pic. Bed was comfy. Facilities mostly all there, if there was something missing, they'll quickyly provide them per request. Overall, good stay experience for given price that was offered.

Overall, it was a good stay. Nothing much to be complained about, considering the price that we had to pay. The room was spacious, which was unexpected. We were comfortable as a family of 4 (two toddlers). The staffs were friendly, thank God. I love them. If we were ever going to Ampang or KL anytime soon, this place would definitely be the first choice.
